Free online Nonogram puzzles
Start with a 5×5 beginner grid, settle into a balanced 10×10 puzzle, or choose a longer 15×15 challenge. Every published puzzle has been verified to have exactly one solution, so guessing is never required.
Which size to play
5×5 is two minutes and the whole line is visible at a glance. 10×10 is the everyday size: several groups per line, still one sitting. 15×15 is a longer chain of small deductions; on a phone the squares stay large enough to tap and the board pans instead of shrinking. You can leave a puzzle in one size and open another without losing the unfinished grid.
Designed for touch, mouse, and keyboard
Fill cells, place crosses, erase marks, drag across a line, or undo a move. The current puzzle saves automatically in your browser so an accidental refresh does not erase your work.
Common questions
- What grid sizes can I play?
- Three: a 5×5 easy grid, a 10×10 medium grid, and a 15×15 hard grid. You can switch between them at any time without losing an unfinished puzzle in another size.
- Do the puzzles always have exactly one solution?
- Yes. Every puzzle is run through a solver before it is published and is only kept if it can be reached by deduction alone, so guessing is never required.
- Does my progress save if I close the tab?
- Yes. The grid, the clock and the undo history are written to local browser storage as you play, so a refresh or an accidental back gesture does not cost you the puzzle.
- Is it really free?
- Yes — free to play, with no account, no advertising profile, and no paid tier.
